Nightfall Strikes:
You will be able to get legendary and exotic weapons and armour faster if you face Nightfall strikes as soon as you are able to.
Factions:
Keep in mind when you select a faction that you will keep it for one whole week so before you decide which of the three factions you want to use you need to think about your challenge and the enemies you will likely meet so you can choose accordingly before embarking on your journey.
