First get a destroyed car, then drive it to your garage. leave the garage so that the door closes, go back in your garage and there you go a fixed car.
Spidermobile
Go to the first island in Little Hati. Go to the Main road along the side of the island where to the bridge that you go under. Go really fast in a fast down that road and when you reach the bridge and your under it you will see a car or van stick upside down to the bridge. I always have a red and white van when it happens. It doesnt always work, but its funny
