Level Select and FMVsHighlight either the "R-Type" or "R-Type II" Options at the Title screen. Then, quickly press L2 10 times, R2 10 times. Start the game and press Start to access any level or view the FMVs.
Slow MotionPause the game, hold L2, then press Right, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Down, Left, X.
Turbo ModePause the game, hold L2, then press Right, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Down, Left, Circle.
All WeaponsPause gameplay in R-Type or R-Type II, hold L2 and press Right, Up, Left, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, followed by Triangle, Square, X, Circle, or R1.
Extra CreditsAt the Title screen, keep pressing Start in any R-Type game to get up to 99 credits.
