Pressure:
Try and disrupt your opponents concentration, just being in their immediate space can sometimes be pressure enough to make them lose their decision-making process and cause them to commit errors that expose their defense.

Predictable:
Don't develop a tendency to use the same move and become predictable as this will make a rhythmic pattern which your opponent will recognise and will easily be able to come up with a solution to counter your move.

Patterns:
Make a note of the patterns and rhythm's of your opponent as doing so will strengthen your ability to adapt, to anticipate, and to deal with a disadvantaged situation quickly.

Jumping:
An effective defensive tactic for evading the A.I.'s attacks is to jump as it helps you to block profjectiles that have been thrown at you.

Health Recovery:
When you are getting hit early on and don't want to spend points on Health Recovery another option is to use the 'Defense Up' item as it raises your defense so your lifebar does not decrease as much when you get hit.

EX Moves:
Power up Special Moves by launching their EX versions. Press two of the corresponding Punch or Kick buttons while performing a Special Move to execute it's EX version. To perform EX Moves will cost you one stock of your Critical Gauge.

Unlock Alternate Costumes:
Each of the 16 characters of Street Fighter V has their own alternate costume. Complete Story mode with a character to unlock their alternate costume for purchase. Starting from March 2016 when the in-game store becomes available you will be able to buy each characters alternate costume for 40,000 Fight Money and it will be available for use in ALL modes (not just Story mode).

Unlock DLC Characters:
When the following requirements have been met the corresponding DLC character will become unlocked.

Alex
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in March 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Guile
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in April 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Balrog
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in May 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Ibuki
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in July 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Juri
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in August 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Urien
Becomes available to buy for free for 100,000 Fight Money in September 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC as part of the $30 Season Pass or $6 individually.

Similar to Exciting Street Scene in India.

2. Bustling Side Street
Similar to Crowded Downtown in China.

3. City in Chaos
Similar to Skyscraper Under Construction in N.Y., America.

4. Forgotten Waterfall
Similar to Inland Jungle in New Zealand.

5. Hillside Plaza
Similar to Festival At The Old Temple in Brazil.

6. Kanzuki Estate
Similar to Mishima Estate in Japan.

7. Lair of the Four Kings
Similar to Secret Laboratory.

8. Shadaloo Base
Similar to Small Airfield.

9. The Grid
Similar to Training Stage.

10. Underground Arena
Similar to Cruise Ship Stern in Russia.

11. Union Station
Similar to Snowy Rail Yard in England.

Although unannounced there is a rumour that the in-game store will be available March 2016 and it will offer a way to unlock new stages by buying them per stage with the game's Fight Money currency.

150,000 Fight Money:
When you successfully complete Story mode with ALL 16 characters you will recieve over 150,000 Fight Money.

Unlock New Colours 11-12-13-14-15:
In the latest patch 5 new colours have been added for the default costumes. To obtain the 5 new colours you need to level up your character to the indicated level and buy it with Fight Money to unlock.

Colour 11:
Available at shop by default for 10.000 Fight Money.

Colour 12:
Available at shop for 2000 Fight Money when your character reach level 5.

Colour 13:
Available at shop for 5000 Fight Money when your character reach level 10.

Colour 14:
Available at shop for 10.000 Fight Money when your character reach level 25.

Colour 15:
Available at shop for 20.000 Fight Money when your character reach level 50.
