Level Select

At the Title screen wait until Higgins is hit by the coconut and press Right Left Right Left A B A B.

Continue Gameplay

Locate the fifth skull in the first cave on the first island. Walk past the skull and into a hidden room where you will find the Hudson Bee logo. Now at the game over screen hold Left and press Start.
