First backup your game then using the DOS utility DEBUG type the following at the DOS prompt:

n cheater.cht

Then type:
w
q

Then reh3 CHEATER.CHT back to its previous h3.

Infinite Lives

During a load hold the right button for infinite lives as the screen goes blank.
