Start the game with the commandline parameter "console" ie Solomissions.exe console. Then during gameplay press to bring down the console and type any of the following "Codes":

fly	Fly Mode
notarget	Enemies No Longer Shoot
noclip	No Clipping Mode
map X	Skip to Map 16
endgame	Win Game
timescale	Set Game Speed to normal is 1
