Select Quit to DOS and during the credits type xplay and press Enter. A menu called Friendly Game will appear.

Cheat Menu

Enter the menu from above the Friendly Menu and put Vancouver to the left and Canada on the right. Now press Ctrl Alt Insert. At any time you may press F1 to display this menu.
