At the Track Selection screen enter any of the following "Codes":

Select Starting Position

After selecting your transmission type hold any of the following "Codes":

13th L Y Z
16th L Y
19th L Z
22nd L

Alternate Camera View

Begin a race in original mode. Pause the race press Up Down five times then hold X Y Z and press Start.
