Have the best time on any track and enter the h3 ?DL. For the European version enter the h3 ?PB.

Fishing Boat

Enable all hidden tracks then at the Boat Selection screen highlight the Thresher. Hold L R and press Y Y. Select the Chumdinger to race as a fishing boat.
