Pause gameplay and press X Y.

At the Title screen press Start hold L R and press B B B B.

Before Access Denied message appears press A B X Y X Y.

Press Down A Down B A Y X X.

Press Up X Y Down Y X Left Right.

In Morb20 press A B X Y X Y.

Keep press R in a constant rhythm. You will have to vary your speed until it works.
