Firepro Wrestling 3: Final Bout FAQ
FIREPRO WRESTLING 3: FINAL BOUT
The following explains the basic menus and moves for Fire Pro Wrestling 3:
Final Bout. Again, this FAQ is very basic, so e-mail us at sono@ac.net or
adambomb@segasages.com for additions. Thank you for your help!
This FAQ is also availible in Microsoft Word format, and is much better able
to understand than this plain text version. For it, e-mail adambomb@segasages.com
NOTE
This FAQ uses CAPITALIZATION to show important parts. CAPITAL letters signify
a major subject with possible sub-areas. [Unlike the Microsoft Word version,
I can not use underlining or bolding for easier reference] =(
START MENU
This menu appears first in the game.
Exhibition: The standard game mode, an exhibition match.
Ranking: Wrestle opponents one on one earning points based on your
performance. A certain amount of points is needed to move on
to the next round. Quit any time between matches. You can also
gain a password after rounds.
Round Robin: A tournament (standard Round Robin) where you fight every
wrestler in the game (excluding created wrestlers).
Super Team: You fight with 5 wrestlers, using pre-set teams or making a
custom team of your own. You get one wrestler at a time in
the ring. When one wrestler is eliminated, another steps in
his place. He can not be used any further. When one team
eliminates all the other team's members, the match is over.
Battle Royale: A 4 man Battle Royale with standard pin & submit rules. You
can not exit the ring. You can, however, be ousted from the
ring, but you must automatically return.
Edit: Takes you to a character options screen.
Options: The standard options screen with options listed.
Load: Loads a created character.
MATCH SECONDARY MENU
This menu will appear after you have chosen Exhibition or Ranking mode.
One On One
Two On Two
Handicap Match (Exhibition Only, 1 VS 2)
PRE-MATCH SCREEN
This screen appears after the secondary match menu.
Player
The number of players competing in the match. The choices vary depending on
the match.
X/O
There are two selections (side by side) in this area. The first (furthest
left) is weather you would like to have auto-return on your player. If selected
on (O), you will automatically return to the ring when ousted. If off (X),
then you must manually return to the ring within twenty seconds or else risk
a count-out disqualification. The second (furthest right), is the rope break
option. If selected on (O), submission holds and pins will be broken when near
the ring ropes. If off (X), then no rope breaks will be enforced; overall
making a much more difficult and strenuous matchup.
Match Type/Stipulations
(In order, based on appearance in reference to default)
(1) Normal (Default) (4) 2 Count Pin
(2) No Pinning (5) Bedlam Tag Match (Tag Team Only)
(3) No Turnbuckle Moves
Time
Select (in five minute increments) the time limit for the upcoming match.
From ten to sixty minutes is the alotted area. Default is sixty minutes. Also,
by pressing right, you can select weather you have a one fall or best of three
falls match. Default is one fall.
Referee
The presiding referee for the match. They are listed in reference to the
default setting. I do not know the names of the refs, I believe they are
probably based off of New Japan refs (as are most other Firepro refs).
Default Standard Referee 3 Middle Aged Referee
2 Elderly Referee 4 Young (Bald) Referee
Timing
Unknown, both seem to be the same.
Computer Level
The computer's level of difficulty, ranging from one being the easiest to
sixteen being the hardest.

This FAQ is still changing, but I feel that it must be posted, for we could
find nothing, and we mean nothing about this game on the internet. And we
wanted to change this.
Again, any additions will not go unrecognized, and they are greatly
appriciated.
