Description Vivendi Games has confirmed that it will be showcasing the XBox 360 version of the F.E.A.R., Top MegaGame of 2005, at E3 2006.
The success of the paranormal action fest, in its PC incarnation, had more or less guaranteed a next-gen console appearance and VU Games will not disappoint. We are promised that the new version will come with brand new single player content, as well as brand new multiplayer content created to fully utilize Xbox Live.
As MegaGames recently reported, Monolith, bought by Warner Bros Interactive last year, has surrendered the name of the game to VU Games although the company has vowed to continue the storyline under a new name. VU Games is also working on a sequel with a new developer. The XBox 360 version of F.E.A.R. marks the final time the original developer works with the publisher although most of the work has been carried out by Day 1 Studios.
