This is a modification of update 3 which removes the problem of sacking hoods from the pool.

Fix List:-
*A further instance of Hoods not being released from jail in certain circumstances has been fixed, they will be released shortly after the case is dropped (max 2 weeks).
*The flee order has been tweaked.
*A crash caused by a problem with over production / non-distribution of booze has been fixed.
