The latest patch for Gothic 3 has been released.
This patch will update your game to version 1.09 and apply the following changes:

To avoid using the patches (same for 1.07) as an exploit:
- unequip all items
- save game
- apply patch
- load game
Otherwise equipment bonuses will be counted doubly after reequipping.
