Description
After two months of undercover investigation, NIMF (National Institute on Media and Family) found out that 46% of U.S. stores sell M-Rated games to minors.

The investigation was conducted by the East County Youth Coalition, the National Institute on Media and Family and other youth organizations in the county. For two months the aforementioned group surveyed more than 60 stores countrywide to find out that 46% of them sold M-Rated (17 or older) to "teenagers younger than 18".

In line with their finding, the group asked for retailers to institute formal training for employees, prominently display the rating system in stores and separate mature games from other titles.

We must point out that AO games are the ones intended for "18 years or older" audience and that M rated games are intended for "teenagers" 17 years and up. Failing (or ignoring) to realize that is a critical flaw in the investigation/study.
