Description Just one month ahead for the PC release of one of the greatest Xbox 360 "exclusives".
Gears Of War PC version will hit stores on 6 November 2007. The PC version will feature five new singleplayer chapters, a new "King of the Hill" multiplayer game mode, three new multiplayer maps, a game editor, and the first and last showdown with the infamous Brumak boss. Also included will be all of the Xbox 360 downloadable content released thus far, for a total of 19 multiplayer maps.
Epic has been working on the PC port since the Xbox 360 version launched. They have reworked the controls and tweaked the game to benefit from the keyboard and mouse superior control. "You can tell it's not trying to be a PC game", Gears of War director Cliff Bleszinski commented on Halo 2 and Shadowrun which he considered to be "examples of lazy PC ports".
