Description In his personal/official blog, Peter Moore, the newly appointed head of EA Sports revealed that the PC version of Madden '09 has been canceled.
Moore acknowledged that this "would be an unpopular decision in some circles", but went on to explain that most sports games fans who own a PC already won a console and prefer it. "The PC presents some very serious business challenges to us in the sports category, particularly because so many of you all are playing your favorite sports games on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii."
Moore didn't mention if this will be the end of Madden for PC, but he confirmed that they will cut several sports games from PC.
Madden '09 will be released on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, DS and PSP.
