Description This new utility adjusts a variety of different registry values to optimize a Broadband connection. Users can either leave the settings at the SpeedCorp defaults, or use the advanced feature and change the settings manually. At present the utility SPEEDV3 is meant only for Win95/98/98SE/ME.
