This version fixes some bugs in the older versions and adds some features such as in-game screen positioning (press L1+L2+R1+R2 & use the directional buttons) and support for PSX games on PS2 (in PSOne mode only).

| The Italian E-Zine PI: STAND BY has published interesting article about B.A.D and their arrest on December 4th 2000, when 8 people were arrested during operation Hackers Hunter which was initiated by the Italian Postal Police on the request of Sony Italy. |
Because of this the B.A.D guys (Brt, Mirko, Kd2, Bad & Digital God), who where released on the January 23rd 2001 (after 50 days!), were not allowed to access the internet and they had to report to a police station every day.
This obligation has now been lifted for Mirko. |

| Their lawyer has been arguing that his clients have done nothing wrong as they did not make any money on their exploits and that they were not using copyrighted material in their patches. He also argues that they went after the wrong guys as companies selling Mod-Chips and similar hardware do the real damage!
