Find the First Aid Manual Blueprint at Masa Village in Central Africa.

Complete Mission 18.
Wormhole Fulton:
Complete Side Op 50.
Unlock Parasite Suit:
This suit becomes unlocked and ready for development when you have completed mission 29: Metallic Archaea and your R&D team and Medical team are both at level 25. The standalone suit does not give you any special powers and you must equip it with parasites which you can only get from extracting members of the Skull units. When you have extracted the skulls go to 'Development' then to 'Items' and choose which parasite you want to develop.
Solar Charging:
When your night vision goggle batteries and Rocket Arm are running low you can recharge them using the sun, to do this just run or sprint when the sun is brightest. Perform a dash to extinguish the flames when you are on fire with the cardboard box.
Prequel Bonuses:
When you import a saved game file from 'Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes' you will be able to get the followng bonuses as a reward.
Metal Gear Solid 1 Skin:
This skin is similar to how Snake appeared in 'Metal Gear Solid' on the original PlayStation version.
Ground Zeroes Sneaking Suit:
This suit is available as a special upgrade through the Mother Base.
Gold Bionic Arm:
This bonus is only available if the saved game file was created after completing Mission 5: 'Over The Fence' and rescuing the Bionic Engineer.
