  Run the trainer and use the following keys to activate it:
  F1       : Win level by picking one token up [ENABLE]
  F2       : Win level by picking one token up [DISABLE]
  Copy SETUP.BIN to DATA/ to enable 'extreme' in the menu. However I have no
  clue on how it works. Blue screen here...
